Black Bear Breaking into Garbage is Spooked Away

Info: The bear came to our home two different times of day; one in the early evening while I was cooking with my kitchen window open. We tried to scare him off by banging pots and banging on the basement door but it took him a while to leave. But he then came back and I found an air horn out the bedroom window and it scared him away when the car alarm and security alarm didn’t make him move.
