Shiv Sena vs BJP: Fadnavis angry over suspension of 12 MLAs

The Monsoon Session of the Maharashtra assembly started with major ruckus today. Maharashtra Speaker in-chair Bhaskar Jadhav has suspended 12 BJP MLAs for one year over their unruly behaviour in the House on Monday. The Opposition has in turn accused the Speaker of abusing some of the leaders during the ongoing Assembly session. A resolution was passed to suspend 12 MLAs for one year for abusing and manhandling the Speaker in the chair. Leader of the Opposition Devendra Fadnavis, insisted that these are "false allegations".
