Doi Maach Is a popular Bengali Fish Recipe that has marinated & fried pieces of fish cooked in a Curd/yogurt-based gravy. This curry is slightly spicy and delicately sour with a balance of curd and spices. It can be served with steamed rice for a complete meal.

Doi Maach Ingredients -
2 tbsp mustard oil
4-5 pcs Rohu Fish slices
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (optional)
400 grams Dahi
1/2 tbsp gram flour
1/2 cup onions, ground and strained into juice
1 Bay Leaf
2 nos cloves
2 nos green cardamom
1 stick cinnamon
3 nos green chilies
