Detectives From The Directorate Of Criminal Investigations Have Arrested A Man Suspected To Have Lured And Killed 5 Minors After Defiling Them. According To The Dci, The Suspect Identified As Evans Wafula Lured The Minors Aged Between 10 And 15 From Different Locations Within Moi's Bridge In Uasin-Gishu County Where He Defiled And Killed Them.
