Pegasus spyware row: Truth has to come out, says Supreme Court

The Supreme Court said on Thursday the allegations of Pegasus-related snooping are serious if the reports on it are correct and asked the petitioners to serve the copies of the pleas seeking probe into the Israeli spyware matter to the Centre. "No doubt, the allegations are serious, if the reports are true... Truth has to come out," Chief Justice of India NV Ramana said during the hearing.

The bench also asked the petitioners why they hadn't filed FIRs in the matter. Watch the video for the full report.
