SC orders demolition of twin Supertech Emerald Court towers in Noida

The Supreme Court has ordered the demolition of two 40-storey residential towers of Supertech Emerald Court in Noida. The court has said the Noida authority gave sanction to the towers in collusion with the builder. All flat owners of the twin towers in Emerald Court, Noida will be reimbursed along with 12% interest, the Supreme Court has ordered Supertech. The two towers in question have a total of 915 flats and shops.
