A Contractor That Was Spearheading The Construction Of Siaya Law Courts In Siaya County Has Been Accused Of Allegedly Siphoning Ksh 3million And Is Now Expected To Refund The Monies Or Face The Full Force Of The Law. The Money Was To Be Used For Purchasing Water During The Construction Phase However It Was Established That The Contractor Used Already Available Water From The Court's Main Supply.
