||Veg Hot Dog||

This veg hot dog tastes nothing less than the non veg one. Sausage made of mashed beet root and potato, mixed with herbs and spices makes the perfect pair with the hot dog bun. The added sauces and thinly sliced salad would just be the cherry on top.

Ingredients

2 potato
1 beet root
Salt
Chilly flakes
Oregano
Cornstarch
Bread
Lettuce
Tomato ketchup
Mustard sauce
Sliced cucumber and tomato

Method:
1) Boil the potatoes and beet root.
2) Add salt, chilly flakes, oregano,1 tbsp of cornflour and mash it well.
3) Make the shape of sausage, wrap it in shrink wrap and store it in a chiller letting it to solidify.
4) Take out the sausage after sometime, roll it in cornflour and deep fry it.
5) Take a hot dog bun spread some tomato ketchup and lettuce.
6) Place the sausage thin strips of cucumber and tomato along with it.
7) Add some mustard sauce at the end and serve it hot.
