After the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) denied the allegations raised by Nawab Malik, the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader attacked the central agency again. In a tweet on Thursday, Nawab Malik said, “Sameer Wankhede's [Mumbai Director, NCB] statement where he said 8 to 10 people have been arrested by the NCB, while 8 people were arrested.”

The NCP leader added, “Why was he not sure about the number of arrests? Did they have an intention to frame 2 more people?”
