Priyanka Gandhi Vadra was stopped by UP police from going to Lakhimpur where farmers were mowed down allegedly by BJP minister's vehicle.
Priyanka Gandhi asked the police to show the warrant or order under which she was being detained. She has been detained for over several hours. Congress workers are now on the street.
