'Exhilarating footage has surfaced from Squamish, Canada, which shows the moment a thrill-seeker finally checked off "rope jumping" from her bucket list.
The footage shows the subject, Hannah-Le Woodman pretending to answer a phone call before flying off a cliff in a dramatic manner.
"For this video, we had the SlackLifeBC crew rig a rope swing on the Stawamus Chief," Hannah said. "Watch me as I take my first backflip off the edge. We spent the rest of the day hucking whatever we could off the cliff edge!"
