Kenyan man goes on a killing spree in Sobo, injures 8

A Kenyan National, John Sujas Menti randomly attacked 8 people with a knife near the Bombay High Court. The locals called the Police control room to arrest the attacker. One person sustained severe injuries to his throat and seven others were taken to JJ Hospital and GT hospital. The man appeared to be intoxicated as he was not in his senses during the interrogation. The police have arrested the man and will test his blood/urine samples to confirm intoxication.
