Heavily pregnant woman attends Glastonbury after buying ticket THREE YEARS AGO

A woman who bought her Glasto ticket three years ago has still attended the festival despite now being heavily pregnant – and has shared her top tips for other mums-to-be including bringing her own TOILET. Lois Mallett-Walker, 31, bought her Glastonbury ticket pre-pandemic, with no plans to have a baby at that time with her husband Tom Walker, 31. But with the festival only now re-opening properly this year, the couple’s plans had changed and Lois was now pregnant with their first child, due in August. Desperate to still enjoy the festival, Lois and Tom, from Old Town Stevenage in Hertfordshire, made a meticulous plan to allow Lois to still go. This involved making a super-comfy setup for Lois – bringing a double air mattress, electric fan and paddling pool to help relax her. They even brought a portable toilet for her countless late-night trips to the loo, which Lois has hailed “lifesaving” now they are several days into the festival. Lois has shared her top tips for other pregnant women – to show they don’t need to miss out on the fun stuff, even when carrying a baby. Lois, a pet influencer agency owner, said: "We pretty much-moved house so I could be as comfortable as possible. "Realistically, we definitely wouldn’t have planned for me to be here so pregnant. "But we bought the tickets for 2020 Glastonbury which were rolled over to this year - and we have literally been trying to get tickets for about 10 years! "I don’t think Glastonbury is for the fainted hearted but when you really love music, with preparation and a good sidekick who will help you out, it can be done pregnant!" Lois told how she and hubby Tom travelled down to Somerset on Tuesday (21) and spent the night in a comfortable spa hotel. To make it easier for her, Tom got up early to pitch the tent and all their gear so Lois didn't have to queue, and she was collected later and brought to the site. Lois said they had a hospital bag in the car in case it was needed, and had planned exactly what to do if she felt labour coming on. For sleeping arrangements, they brought for Lois a double airbed, a quilt, earplugs, an eye mask and a relaxing pillow spray. For around their tent, they also brought an electric fan, a paddling pool, a blow-up chair and footstool - and even a portable toilet.
