Push to remove euthanasia ban in Northern Territory and ACT

The possibility of euthanasia being legislated in the Northern Territory is back on. A new push to restore decision making rights for Territories will go before Federal Parliament and if passed, it will give the NT the same power to legislate, as the rest of the country.
