: "Ever since I moved into this my neighbor has harassed anyone nearby and she records everyone and everything. She will stop her vehicle to hold up a Satan cross at you and to make sure she records you. It doesn't matter who you are she will scream and threaten you even if you don't talk to her or are just going about your day. The complex managers are trying to get her kicked out but she's fighting with a lawyer to stay."
