Russia's top brass claims its military is operating advanced laser weapons in the war in Ukraine. What are the advantages of such a laser weapon. Also is there any evidence that Russia has these advanced weapons?
Russian Deputy Prime Minister Yury Borisov, at a conference broadcast nationally by Channel One TV, said the Kremlin had deployed an advanced laser weapons system called "Zadira" in the war in Ukraine. The deployment of the laser weapon system, mainly to shoot down Ukrainian combat drones.
