Elmira — Lady Of The Mountain 2000 (Denmark, Heavy Psychedelic Rock)

Recordings by a Danish group from 1972-76. Their entire legacy was released on CD in 2000 by the Danish label Orpheus Records. The album is underground psychedelic hard rock with good organ involvement and decent guitar solos. Blues and folk intonations can be traced at times. An unfairly forgotten group of 1968-76, which was never published during its lifetime. The group existed for about 8 years, one of the first in Denmark to start playing heavy music, but for some reason did not leave anything except recordings of rehearsals from the period 1972-76. The disillusioned musicians did not appear anywhere else, and the surviving master tapes were found and, as far as possible, edited. The author of the texts is the famous poet Benny Andersen.
