Kashmiri Pandit Rahul Bhat’s killer among 3 LeT terrorists trapped in J&K’s Budgam

An encounter broke out in Budgam district of Jammu and Kashmir in the wee hours of Wednesday, police said. Three terrorists of terror outfit LeT, including terrorist Lateef Rather, have been trapped in the ongoing encounter, police said. "Terrorist Lateef is involved in the killings of several civilians, including Rahul Bhat and Amreen Bhat," said ADGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar told news agency ANI. Watch the full report here.
