Mass stabbing in Canada leaves 10 dead, multiple injured

Canadian police are on the lookout for two suspects, who went on a stabbing spree, killing at least 10 people and wounding 15 others in Saskatchewan. Canada's elected elders declared a state of emergency and established two emergency operations centers, the nation said in a statement.
