Mutton Chops Ingredients :

Boiling the Meat
1 kg Mutton Chops
1 Onion (sliced)
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
2-3 tbsp Coconut Oil
Salt (as required)
1 cup Water

For the Spice-Mix
1-inch Ginger
7-8 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Yellow Mustard Seeds
5 Green Cardamom
1 Star Anise
1-inch Cinnamon Stick
6 Cloves
Nutmeg
2 tsp Fennel Seeds
1/4 cup Vinegar

For the Gravy
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
10-12 Curry Leaves
2-inch Ginger (chopped)
10 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
6 Green Chillies (slit)
2 Onions (sliced)
Salt (as per taste)
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
2 cups Coconut Milk

For Garnish
