Try practicing meditation by doing the following.

1. Sit or lie comfortably. If needed, you can also use a chair or pillow.

3. Do not try to control the breath, breathe naturally.
4. Focus your attention on the breath and observe your chest, shoulders, ribs and abdomen as well as noticing body movements as you breathe in and out. Simply focus your attention on your breath without controlling its speed or intensity. If your mind wanders, try to focus again.
5. This process will take two to three minutes to start and then try to maintain it for a long time.
