A horrific incident of dog killing has come to light from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. A shocking video shows a man killing a dog with a brick. Reportedly, the man, Jackie, was irked with the constant barking of the dog. The incident was captured on CCTV camera of a nearby shop. The video shows Jackie approaching the canine with a brick in hand and attacking the animal, killing it on the spot. UP Police launched a search operation and arrested Jackie.
