Cold wave forces homeless to move into shelter homes in Delhi

Owing to increasing cold wave in Delhi, shelter homes have opened for homeless people. Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) provides several facilities to the homeless in these shelter homes. Food, blankets and toilet facilities are some of the amenities provided to the ones sheltered here.
