Peçenek Döner prepares 500 kilos of meat for weekends and around 300 on weekdays. The restaurant expects to serve 1,500 people a day on the weekends. We stepped into one of its kitchens to see how cooks prepare the doner kebabs along with other popular items, such as lavash and rice pudding.
