Sen. Grace Poe on Thursday, Feb. 9, 2023, inspects the NLEX-SLEX connector road that will be opened before the Holy Week. The 8- kilometer, elevated 4-lane toll expressway extends southward from the end of Segment 10 on C3 Road, Caloocan City to the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in Sta. Mesa, Manila all the way to Skyway Stage 3. The road also has two interchanges located on C3 Road/5th Avenue, Caloocan and España Boulevard, Manila.
