Gym Equipments Malfunctions and Comes Down on Woman

This woman was at the gym working out when one of the equipments that she was going to use, did not lock properly. Unaware of the same, she went ahead with the workout and the equipment ended up closing down on her. Thankfully though, even as she fell down she wasn't hurt grievously.
