Angry customer at CEX smashes 'Rip-Off' phone and returns it to cashier

There's never a boring day at CEX, all thanks to incidents like the one shown in this video.
Shared by Shanice Ealson, this comically gripping clip features a grumpy man venting to a CEX cashier about a phone he had bought from there.
It isn't long before he loses his cool, following which he ends up smashing the phone right there and then.
"I was buying a PS4 game and overheard a man kicking off about his phone, so as I stood in the queue, I started recording as I knew he was about to go off," Shanice explained to WooGlobe. "He couldn't get his iPhone to work. And although they offered to give him a full refund, he wanted none of it."
