APLAZAN MEDIDA DE COERCIÓN CONTRA POLICÍA QUE MATÓ A DONELLY MARTÍNEZ

El Tribunal de la Oficina Judicial de Servicios de Atención Permanente Aplazó el conocimiento de la medida de coerción contra el policía imputado por la muerte de Donelly Joel Martínez en el carnaval de Santiago.

El licenciado Nelson Abreu informó que la jueza Kimberly Tatis Sosa dispuso el aplazamiento para el miércoles 22, debido a que la defensa técnica solicitó la postergación para preparar presupuestos y arraigos considerando que el imputado vive en Yamasá.
