Hearing into Lehrmann case looks into police conduct

The inquiry into the prosecution of former Liberal staffer Bruce Lehrmann has heard there was already tension between police and the ACT's top prosecutor Shane Drumgold, before the case arose. Bruce Lehrmann's trial over the alleged rape of Brittany Higgins was abandoned because of a juror's misconduct and there are no findings against him.
