C1: Dumbbell Skullcrusher (3x15-20 reps)
C2: - Cross Body Curls (3x12-15 reps)
D1: Overhead Dumbbell Tricep Extensions (3x15-20 reps)
D2 : Bicep Curl 21's (3x7/7/7 reps)
