Gangster Gufran Shot Dead: Uttar Pradesh STF Guns Down Criminal In Encounter In Kaushambi District

On June 27, a gangster named Gufran was shot dead in an encounter with the Uttar Pradesh Police in Kaushambi district. A team of Special Task Force (STF) in UP carried out the encounter near Samda sugar mill of Manjhanpur. Gangster Gufran was wanted in multiple cases of murder and dacoity. Gufran was injured in the firing. He was taken to a hospital for treatment, where he succumbed to his injuries. Dharmesh Kumar Shahi, Deputy Commissioner of UP STF told ANI that Gufran was associated with many big criminals.
