Sheffield Council leader Tom Hunt announces 'exciting future' of former Cole Brothers and John Lewis building in an extraordinary Town Hall meeting of the strategy and resources committee.

The council decided Urban Splash will be the developer for the site and it plans to transform it into a mixed use landmark with shopping, food, workspace and a rooftop pocket park.
