This was mentioned in a comment on one of my previous TV Licensing letters. Unfortunately the commentor wasn't able to send me a copy of their letter and it took me some time to find a copy of one online. (Admittedly I wasn't looking that hard).
It's not clear how often these are actually sent out to people as they seem rather rare, or even if they are still using them. Either way forewarned is forearmed so I felt it important to share it here just in case someone out there gets one through the post.
