Biden Approves 1st Phase of U.S.-Taiwan Trade Pact

U.S. President Joe Biden has approved the first phase of the U.S.-Taiwan Agreement on 21st Century Trade. He also issued a statement raising "constitutional concerns" with sections of the trade pact.
