Supreme Court Launches Handbook: (Combating Gender Stereotypes) (Handbook On Combating Gender Stereotypes) चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया (Chief Justice of India) डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (DY Chandrachud) ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) में एक नए सुधार की ओर कदम उठाया है। सीजेआई डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI DY Chandrachud) ने न्यायिक कार्यवाहियों में लैंगिक संवेदनशीलता (Gender Sensitivity) और खास तौर से महिलाओं के संदर्भ में एक विशेष हैंडबुक (Gender Sensitivity Handbook) जारी की है। सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI Chandrachud) के इस कदम का मकसद अदालतों (Courts) की कार्यवाहियों के दौरान महिलाओं को लेकर अक्सर इस्तेमाल किए जाने वाले ऐसे शब्दों के इस्तेमाल पर रोक लगाना है, जिससे महिलाओं के आत्मसम्मान को किसी ना किसी तरह से ठेस पहुंचती रही है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट (SC) की ओर से जारी की गई इस हैंडबुक (Handbook) में लैंगिक रूढ़िवादिता (Gender Stereotypes) से भरे शब्दों के अलावा वाक्यांशों की भी लिस्टिंग की गई है। हालांकि सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहले भी कई बार अलग-अलग सुनवाइयों के दौरान मौखिक तौर से ऐसे शब्दों के इस्तेमाल से बचने का परामर्श देता रहा है। लेकिन अब चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया डी वाई चंद्रचूड़ (Chief Justice Of India DY Chandrachud) ने बाकायदा ऐसे शब्दों और वाक्यांशों को एक हैंडबुक के फॉर्म में लॉन्च कर दिया है। (Supreme Court) (Handbook On Combating Gender Stereotypes) (Handbook on gender sensitivity for women) (SCs new handbook) (Supreme Court) (Gender Sensitisation and Internal Complaints Committee) (GSICC) (Gender Sensitisation) (DY Chandrachud) (Justice Hima Kohli,) (Legal Glossary) (Inappropriate Terms) (Women Lawyers) (CJI) (CJI DY Chandrachud) (CJI Chandrachud) (Supreme Court) (Supreme Court Hearing) (CJI Chandrachud Statement) (CJI Chandrachud Speech) (Justice Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Chandrachud) (Chief Justice DY Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Of India DY Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Chandrachud)
