How Do I Live (by Nothingness Raven) - Big Boss & The Boss

The story of The Boss and Jack ("Big Boss") is a tragic one as Jack is led to believe she betrayed her country... and by extension him. He is then forced by his government, and the enemy's, to hunt her down and kill her. But she was not a traitor, but deep undercover. She loved her country to the end. In dying, she passed on her name and Jack became known as "Big Boss".

Okay, so it's not my first Metal Gear video, but it IS my first video using a country song, let alone a cover (other than Marilyn Manson's "Sweet Dreams"). This one is special in that it is not only a tribute to the mentor/protege relationship between two iconic characters, but that this is also a tribute to one of my best friends... who is also my mentor, and who herself provides the vocals for this track.

Look up Nothingness Raven when you can. She has also gone by Lucinda Oblivion and Lucy O in the past. Her real name is my secret. But her talent should not be.
