This video shows the contrast of support received across other sites and the amount of funding and empowerment employee’s might have from day 1 in comparison to PRY.
These are video’s taken from the previous two years, which also show the large amount of disparity and inclusion between sites.
Morale is the lowest it has ever been in Pryor, Oklahoma at GXO Logistics, working under the thumb of micromanagement from multibillion dollar and trillion dollar establishments in unsafe conditions with no transparency or future prospects given to employees.
We simply want to be valued and included with support and communication.
We want to listen to music in areas with no forklift traffic and have fresh air or windows to see the outside world, vest are hot in 105 degree’s, so maybe give us some air conditioning or give us some company shirts to relieve the stress of melting for 10 hours a day.
We want a raise large enough to pay our mortgages and rent, our children’s meals, to be able to put enough gas in the tank to make it to work, to purchase tires for our vehicle’s, as you won’t pave the parking lot.
We want to be included in the future of the company we are working for and where it is leading. Goals that we can strive for, metrics that we can achieve and leveraging actual technology with IT Support and managers that aren’t there to micromanage, but to lead us and show us how to follow the correct procedures in place.
You can’t pick and choose procedures to follow and not follow, then fire someone who makes one mistake, don’t write them up without giving them a chance to learn and grow.
We need the proper PPE on the floor, where the dangers are and physical work is being done.
We need to be able to bring our own drinks to our work stations, not the company kool-aid.
You are not a Food Service Industry, you identify as a technology company.
