least 27 people are dead and another four are missing
after Hurricane Otis slammed into the Pacific coast.

NPR reports that tens of thousands of residents
waited over 24 hours to receive assistance
after Otis made landfall in Acapulco.

to partially reopen the main road connecting
Acapulco to Mexico City and Chilpancingo.

damaged for flights to resume
