Peace be upon you and may Allah have mercy on you.

Recipe Ingredient’s below ⬇️

2 Cups Boiled Chickpeas
2 Medium Cucumber Finely Chopped
1 Medium Onion
1 Medium Potato / Turnip Boiled
1 Cup Roasted Peanuts (optional)
1 Medium Tomato cut without seeds
1 Cup Cabbage

Mix with together all the vegetables.

Dressing:-
2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 TSP 1/2 TSP Carom Seeds / Ajwain
1/2 TSP Freshly ground Black Pepper Powder
1/2 TSP Sweet paprika
1 TSP Sumac
Salt to taste
Mix well everything together,ready to enjoy delicious protein, salad .
Just 1 important tips add the peanut when ready to serve, otherwise it will get soggy.
If anyone is allergic to peanut don’t add it .
It can be served with boiled egg
