City of Manila, DPWH reopen the Lagusnilad underpass

The City of Manila and the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) reopen the Lagusnilad underpass in Manila on Tuesday, Nov. 28, after 6 months of rehabilitation, improving its drainage system and overall road structure.
