"Speeding" Infernus In The Los Santos River

On patrol with the SA Highway Patrol, we were dispatched to an Infernus that was reported to be speeding. We located the Infernus, which was not speeding, but was driving in the Los Santos River (which I called a canal).
This was recorded in 2021, when my computer wasn't quite as good as it is today, so it isn't the greatest graphical quality. Unfortunately I don't remember whether I was using a Higway Patrol motorcycle mod or whether I had simply retextured the vanilla police bike.
