Character: Sagat {Season 3 DLC Char #6}

The Muay Thai guy who was the main villain in the 1st game and become the 2nd in command after knowing M.Bison, but eventually betray Shadooloo and thus F.A.N.G. was able to replace him as 2nd in command.
