Street Fighter V Story & Arcade {SF1-SF5} - Lucia Morgan (Jap. Ver)

Character: Lucia Morgan {Season 4 DLC Char #4}

Another Final Fight character and this time, it seems like this blonde has taken over Guy to become playable in SF instead.
In the past, it has always been Guy & Cody, but since Cody is still playable, and that there was a time where Maki was playable, she seemed to have taken over both of them.
Anyway, if you use V-Skill 1, you will noticed the move was her basic move in FF3.
And... since she is a FF character, even though she debuted in SF5, unfortunately she is still also playable in SF1.
Also, I like that her moves reminds me of K' from KOF because she is able to extend her moves after executing, but her kicking of fireballs work differently. Understood it is according to the strength of her kicks to the fireball, making her fireballs projectiles work the opposite such that the middle travels the furthest while light and heavy not as far and the difference in its velocity.
