It seems 'strike first, face the consequences later' is the mindset of the star of this clip.
"On holiday in Australia and staying with brother-in-law and family," shared filmer AnnMarie with WooGlobe. "They have two dogs, and Billie likes to chase shadows!

As ridiculous as it sounds, the filmer's plan works perfectly, and the hasty Billie goes after the shadow resting on her clueless human dad, only to instantly realize that she didn't do the right thing.
