Front Crawl - Advice on how to perform a proper front crawl
  • last month
Stretch your body as far as you can while floating on your front with your face submerged in the water.

Maintain elongated legs and pointed toes. Using your feet as flippers, kick your legs up and down (alternatingly) until your ankles are as loose as possible.

Kick your legs repeatedly and quickly.
Start by extending your arms wide in front of your head. Draw one arm beneath your body until it reaches your thigh.

Extricate your arm from the water and sweep it across the surface, preparing it to plunge into the water in front of your face.

Continue drawing your arms continuously so that when one arm enters, the other is prepared to do the same.
