Bruce Cockburn - album Circles in the stream 1978

  • mese scorso
Recorded in the spring of 1977 at Toronto's Massey Hall. The concert captured Cockburn at the peak of his creative powers, and it blends adventurous jazz textures with Cockburn's more familiar folk influences, and a feratures nice blend of new songs mixed to some of his most popular ones.
Cockburn's harmonies evoke bucolic images of forests, sunsets, lakes and snowy landscapes, and also describes the social world with its problems, sometimes resulting in political denunciation.

Bruce Cockburn - vocals, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, dulcimer.
P. M. Ray MacKay - bagpipes.
