The obstacle in her path is the fact that her balance game isn't at its strongest, thanks to her downing a few glasses of wine beforehand.
As a result, she ends up falling down the moment she lets go of the ball. However, what starts to look like just another bowling fail takes a spectacular turn, as Karen somehow ends up scoring a strike.
