Haiti Cut Off by Blockades Faces Humanitarian Crisis

The executive director of UNICEF has warned the U.N. Security Council that Haiti's capital city, Port-au-Prince, is almost completely sealed off because of air, sea and land blockades. Criminal gangs have taken over the city and the country is facing a dire humanitarian crisis.
