Supermarket Sweep UK (S1, Ep 34 - Oct 21st 1993)

Today's contestants are Pat & Keith from Lancaster, Jackie & Jayne from Huddersfield, and Julian & Jo from Stevenage. Dale Winton dons a Colonel Mustard jacket and tie for the episode and learns that one courting couple are as keen as mustard on the French, another team are astonished to be together for 22 years while a third team are (unbelievably) mother and daughter. The quiz rounds are hard to predict, as one team then another look to run away with it, only to make it close enough to be interesting in the Super Sweep. But who will go through to attempt to win the £2,000 star prize?
