Beijing Reopens Tourism to Taiwan’s Outlying Matsu Islands

The Chinese government has announced that tour groups from Fujian province can visit Taiwan’s outlying Matsu Islands. The head of Taiwan’s Mainland Affairs Council, Chiu Tai-san, says the lifted restrictions may not have a large impact on the country's tourism industry.
